First Service Residential Connect
Our management company, First Service Residential, is introducing First Service Resident Connect. Please see the flyer for information how to enroll. Connect allows the ability to quickly check the balances and payment history of HOA dues as well as giving homeowners quick access to Board and Committee meeting minutes, contracts, and financial information about the Association. In addition, any ARB violations associated with the property can be viewed. This system easily allows the homeowner to update contact information such as phone numbers, or e-mail addresses. Because First Service Residential manages a wide variety of property types, some elements of First Service Resident Connect do not apply to Compton Village; (For example, there is no access procedure for the non-existant front gate.) however, there is a lot of information about the governance of the HOA.
Homeowners might also want to access their information via their mobile devices. Once an account account has been established on First Service Resident Connect, there are apps available for iOS and Android devices. Search "First Service" in the applicable App Store. The app gives access to the same information available via the website.
