The Compton Village HOA Office will be closed on Monday, January 18, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday.

Christmas Tree pickup will be on Wednesday, January 6 and Wednesday, January 13. All tinsel and decorations must be removed and trees should not be placed in plastic bags. - This pickup has been delayed due to volume issues. Pickup in Compton Village has been rescheduled for Friday, January 15.

The last day for separate yard waste pickup for this season is Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Separate yard waste pickup will resume in April. Click here for our trash information page.

The On-Site Office for the Compton Village HOA will be closed to foot traffic through Friday, February 26. The HOA can be contacted via e-mail at, or phone at 703-815-0014.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Compton Village will not be accepting any new rental applications for the Community Room through February 2021. The Board will take up possible opening dates at the January meeting.
