Board of Directors meetings are held at the HOA office at 14401 Compton Village Drive. Meetings start at 7:00 PM.
Sometimes Board of Directors members may not be able to meet at the scheduled time and date. If you are interested in attending a BOD meeting, please contact the HOA Office at comptonvillage@verizon.net in order to be placed on the agenda. Homeowners may address the Board during the open session at the start of the meeting. Homeowner addresses are limited to five minutes.
If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors for Compton, you must be elected at the annual homeowners meeting. If you have any questions please contact the on-site office.

There must be a quorum of homeowners at the annual meeting, either in person, or by proxy, for business of the Association to be conducted. Please join us at the annual meeting, or if you cannot, please submit your proxy in the month prior to the meeting.
